From Maharashtra you can go to Goa via Konkan Railway or by Road…just 10 hrs away. Goa is mainly beaches. There are a couple of topless beaches as well 😉

You could push the Maharashtra- Goa trip a little down south to make it Maharashtra-Goa-Kerala. Now if you go by road you could also easily include Karnataka’s Vijaynagar & Hampi ruins as you would be passing through Karnataka anyway on the way to Kerala.

Hampi ruins are so breathtaking that it can easily overwhelm anybody:

Stepped Tank - Hampi

Stone Chariot - Hampi

Stone Bridge - Hampi
